GYMSTICK is the result of years of product development by the fitness and health professionals at Condicio Sport. The main goal was to develop a simple but comprehensive fitness tool, which would improve muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, balance, body control, fat loss/toning and core strength. It was also important that the new fitness tool would be safe and effective. In addition, the tool should be small, light and endurable, and suitable for all age groups and fitness levels.
